The main character had floppy brown hair, and his sister was very vain and they didn't get on. The main characters best friend was a boy that had curly blonde hair like a fro. They were both always riding about town on their bikes and would come across strange goings on, and would have to "save the day!" I think that the boy that played the main character died in real life and they got a new person to play him.
