Anybody know what the name of this karate show is?

Okay so im not sure what channel its on or what the show is called!!

I don't think its on G4, i went on their website and i didn't see it listing.....only karate show i saw saw Ninja Warrior but thats not the show i am looking for.....ANYWAY

So the show IM LOOKING FOR, in one episode had:

These two caucasian guys, and one was a boxer or some type of wrestler of some sort who knew a style of karate.....he was buff and bald haha....and his friend was smaller and had like blonde hair and also know a form of karate.....

So these two friends were off to see if they could handle some other INTENSE form of karate.....in, i think it was Japan

So yea, after some rigorous training the smaller guy gets a bruised up leg and a cauliflower ear......and the bigger guy was just sore or somthin.....

DOES ANYBODY HAVE A CLUE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT?!
