Try second hand stores the clothes will be cheaper and you will find more of the stuff your looking for you need baggy jeans or jean shorts and tshirts that are a size or 2 to big if you go back and look at the video for lets talk about sex there wearing over sized clothes try downloading the video on limewire or looking up pics on yahoo image search

What a great idea! You'll have lots of fun dressing up as Salt n Pepa. When I think of them, bright colors comes to mind. Lime green, yellow, red-orange. I also think of hoop earrings and tights! I guess you can say I'm thinking of the late '80s to early '90s styles. An added touch would be those bright 'ghetto fabulous' fake nails! Lol! Love those for dress up! Good luck with that!

Salt N Pepa were actually two people...the third person was the DJ Spinderella, but some of the things I can remember what they were known for were...in the 80's they were known for their infamous door knocker earrings, spandex leggings, Adidas shoes w/ fat laces, half cut shirts, leather jackets, BIG bangles and necklaces....Thats mostly for the fashion....makeup im not really sure of but in the 80's the makeup everyone wore was bold colors...like powder blues, *******, hot pink for eyeshadow.... hair was kinda different, they had more of a fluffed out wavy hair short cropped on the top and fluffed out on the bottom...
