Should I Dye My Hair???

I have light brown hair and im thinking about dying it light brown at the top and dark brown at the bottom. I have pale skin, freckles, a round face and blue eyes. I was wondering if this would this suit me and if anyone has any pictures i would love to take them along to show the colours i want to the hairdresser. So any advice or pictures would be appreciated.
