Can lemon juice lighten forearm hair?

I was watching the Tyra show on day, and she said that pouring lemon juice over your forearm, will lighten your forearm hair. I just wanted to know do I have to use pure lemon juice or lemon juice from the bottle? and does this really work?

Lemon is an excellent natural bleaching agent its good for cleansing used as an added ingredient when doing face mask etc its NOT drying but i would suggest not doing it if you suffer from dry skin.Its good for bleaching dark marks on the face. Report It

Lemon can lighten hair and it will work for any hair, I guess. But use freshly squeezed juice, not the bottled ones. And if you can get sun light exposure, even better.

I use pure hydrogen peroxide on my hair (head) to lighten it, it works and maybe it will work for arm hair as well. Probably less drying than lemon juice.

yes it works, but you have to lay out in the sun, or get light to it. i prefer just using hair bleeching from the store. it wont dry up your skin as bad, and it's faster.
