I already know exactly what style she wants, but I have no clue how to do it. Can you please give me a website that will show me step by step of what scissors to use and what to cut, things like that? Her hair is right now shoulder length. i'd tell your friend to go to a barber liek any normal person because either way noone can cut hair exactly perfect and you'll be the one she blames even though she wanted you to do it i'd say tell her to go to a real hair cutter
