Sims2 custom content hair?

I'm confused...what do the following hairstyles require to show up in the game? Please tell where to get them.

Sims2 custom content hair?

You need the mesh and the actual hair in whatever color. Click on the picture to download the mesh and the links above it for whichever colors you want the hair in. You have to download a seperate file for each different color.
