i am 100% sure that they don't naturally have that hair, and that they used mousse. I think the first girl used mousse and a curling iron, but i think the second girl just used mousse.

if your hair is straight then get a perm if you have really light hair get it dyed and then last but not least go to your hair stylest with the picture if you want it done....cause the look is really natuarl and cute

i naturally have curly hair, but if i wash it and then dry it with my fingertips until it is dry(without using a brush or anything), it looks somewhat like that.... is your hair curly or straight? there are probably some shampoos or conditioners that do it so ask a hairstylist for tips

Hairspray it, and scrunch your hair with your hands.

Hairspray upside down.

Looks natural, if you have straight hair and want this style, get a layered razor cut and apply a light to medium hold mouse or even a leave in conditioner would work. Lightly scrunch it when its almost dry and then apply the product minimally. If your hair is curly and you want this look, id say brush it straight under a blow dryer and when its almost dry use a strong hold product to stop it curling back up.

Also buy your products from a salon so they can advise you of your needs

after showering apply mousse and they blowdry it...

That hair style is largely due to a special cut. It's not as easy of a cut as it looks. A good hair stylist can recreate that for you and then it is maintained and brought to life with mousse, crunching, partial drying and finger-raking with your head upsidedown. If you must cut it yourself, identify the final borders or lines of your hair that you want, respect them, don't cut into them, and then comb out pencil-thick sections of your hair for random cuts at random lengths within the borders in an even pattern all the way around the lower 1/3 of your hair. It works. You'll like it. Be courageous. Seriously, a teenage boy whom you trust, even if he's never played around with hair before, can do a very good job of this kind of random pattern. A VERY good job, for some reason.
